Hi,
The icons (power, WiFi, Sound, and the little up arrow that shows more, but not the time/date or the notification icon) on the right end of my taskbar have been "bouncing". They spread apart for a split second, then get closer to the end of my taskbar (like they're all jumping away from and then falling back down tot he right side of my screen). I've just refreshed my computer (DELL INSPIRON 5567, 64 bit) like in the instructions [here][1] (which is redownloading windows, but not resetting, which wipes all the files) and it came back instantly.
This also may or may not be related, but when I go into SETTINGS>DISPLAY, the dropdown boxes for "Display Resolution" and "Display Orientation" are flickering (the words disappearing and the boxes becoming gray) very quickly, making it hard to change anything as the box flickers closed before I can click any of the options. The flickering of the dropdown boxes seems to happen in the same instant as the spreading out of the taskbar icons (there's a half second between each jump/flicker).
What should I do? Do I need to reset my computer (like in that link)?
Cheers
Here's a photo of what I'm talking about (caught between flickers). Unfortunately it doesn't show the problem, but I can't upload video files:
