API change for GET Drive folder items

Our organization uses Graph API to GET users Drive information to download and search content. On 4/9/2021, our GET Drive items call began returning "Resource Not Found" for items that existed. On further inspection, it appeared that our calls used the etag instead of id field to get Drive items. There was no change to our software. Which item in the change log corresponds with this change? Was retrieving items by etag supported then changed?
