MS teams groups only show when i sing in from my desktop app.

Question

Hello my problem is that whenever I try to sing in ms teams from a browser or my phone app , all groups that I am a member of do not show up at all .
whenever I use my desktop app all my groups are there.
My account is for my university , I am a student there.
Why is this happening ?

I have also tried re-joining groups from browser or phone app , but it does not allow me to do that.

It seems related to your network.

I tested in my lab. The groups are the same between desktop client and web client. But it will take some time to sync. If you have large numbers of chats, it will take a bit more time.

Besides, you could manually research the group name in the Search bar.
