CSP shows "loading" and can't success web enrollment when requesting certificate on Edge browser

Currently we are using Windows 2019 DC edition for CA server as using ADCS function for certification web enrollment.
While web enrollment by IE is always success, but we can't success web enrollment by MS edge browser as CSP shows "loading"
Initially, we think this is because web enrollment is relied on Active X, then MS Edge is not supported for ActiveX.
However, we heard if we use Windows 2019, ADCS don't require Active X anymore, therefore we want to know how setting required for MS Edge web enrollment.

I read several articles and check some same question in technet, however I can't find right answer for solve.

From your description, it looks like a complex issue.
I searched but I did not get any information about what setting required for MS Edge web enrollment.
I suggest you create a support ticket for the Windows Server with Microsoft support to investigate this issue further.

May I ask that web enrollment by MS Edge (without ActiveX) should be possible on ADCS server(Win server 2019) right?

If you mean can you ask, "web enrollment by MS Edge (without ActiveX) should be possible on ADCS server(Win server 2019)?" on a Microsoft support ticket then yes you can ask this question there.

If I misunderstand something, please correct me.

No I mean,,,,, I want to know "Win2019 server ADCS support certification web enrollment by MS Edge" or not like as function confirmation/data sheet or in KB before I open ticket by paid option to ask how to configure?

But every article/everyone seems never success. though 1 microsoft guys said he success all browsers.

It says

The Microsoft Edge browser and web enrollment pages
The new Edge browser that is introduced with Windows 10 does not support ActiveX controls, which means that you cannot use this browser for web enrollment. Instead, you can add the web enrollment pages website to the Enterprise Mode Site List. This setting automatically opens the web enrollment pages in Internet Explorer 11.

it means, anyway IE11 is required for web enrollment, then not pure MS Edge support web enrollment or not?
or this article is not up to date?

In that case, I would suggest you try to configure the IE mode in the Edge browser and configure the Enterprise Mode IE website list policy to load your web enrollment pages in the IE mode in the Edge browser.

It may help to perform the web enrollment because IE mode supports the ActiveX controls.

Is there any solution to this now that IE 11 is being retired on June 15 of this year and since Windows 11 doesn't even ship with Internet Explorer? I'm flummoxed as to how Microsoft is retiring a security-critical dependency without a replacement, but everything I'm searching for as to that replacement says to use IE 11, which is obviously not possible when it no longer exists and isn't shipping with current products.
