Handling Azure AD accounts without AAD Access

Hi,

I have an open edX instance that signs users in via AAD, and in some cases users are returning with multiple aliases or not returning with an email address (field blank). Is there a way to generate an account for testing purposes in this situations and are there any steps I can take to remedy the aforementioned issues?

    @Ed A As per general scenario a AAD integrated Edx App will function normally with users AAD account. We need more information on this to investigate further.
