Office 365 cannot remove pop up.

I installed the free trial of Office 365 and then got an email to confirm the free trial. When I followed the prompts, I got it on my laptop. Now I cannot stop a pop-up that says how do you want to confirm your trial. I cannot get this pop up to discontinue. I may have downloaded the program 2X due to the email. Please help me get rid of that pop up and make sure I only have 1 free trial.
