Azure Marketplace | Unable to map usage, orders and payouts reports to each other

I have 3 reports, Usage, Order, and Payouts from Azure Marketplace. But it lacks a common key/attribute column to map it with each other.

I want to map Orders with Usage and hence the payouts.

Please help!
