Lists Attachment

Hello, I was wondering where the Microsoft Lists attachments end up in whether that's sharepoint or somewhere else.

In the SharePoint Online, attachments in the Microsoft lists are stored in the Microsoft cloud space.

Could you please let me know where exactly does it save in the cloud. Does it take up our personal storage from the cloud, also if we need to clear up that file where and how could we do that.
