Hello. I have a problem with the internet. Can you help me? The internet is slow on my personal computer, but it's fast on my phone, and I still don't understand what's happening. I have also tried connecting directly via cable. The internet is slow on the personal computer in general. Uploading, downloading and browsing on all sites. I also stopped the automatic running of applications and I did not get an error.

Specify the exact make and model of your computer or go to Start, type msinfo and attach a screenshot of the System Information page.

Go to Device Manager expand network adapters post the screenshot.

Hi, I am an Independent Advisor.

Let me help you with this issue.

I understand you are having problems with your internet going slow.

May I know the make and model of your laptop?

    When did this problem start?

Please hover your mouse to the Network or Wireless icon at the lower right-hand corner then right-click it and click Troubleshoot Network. Let the troubleshooter finish until it's done then this should either fix the problem or give us an error message.

If that doesn't work, we need to remove the WIFI driver from the Device Manager and restart the pc to reinstall it.

Here are the steps to completely remove a Device from your computer.

Step 1. Use shortcut keys Windows key+ X

    Step 2. Select Device Manager.

Step 3. Expand the entry for Network Adapters, Right-click the problematic device it is either Intel Wireless or Realtek WIFI adapter, and select Uninstall device.

Step 4. You need to check the option Delete the driver software for this device and then click the Uninstall button.

    Step 5. Reboot the computer.

After the reboot, please see if the problem is fixed.

If that still does not work, please visit the support website of your laptop or desktop and then download and install the latest Wireless driver then restart the PC.
