Bing Ads API not returning all the labels in the account

This happens almost every week, when I create a new label with Campaign Management Service AddLabels operation, it says it's been created and I can find the label I just created in the web interface. But when I call GetLabelsByIds to get all the labels in that account, the response doesn't have the label I just created. Sometimes it will take 1-2 hours for that label to be included in the response, the most recent one took almost a day. I don't know what's going on here and usually the newly created labels are in the GetLabelsByIds response.
Any help is appreciated, thanks!

Eric Urban - MSFT 626 Reputation points Microsoft Employee2021-05-15T23:08:03.467+00:00 @puerile23 - Do you have more than 1000 labels? It's possible that you need to use paging to retrieve it e.g., if it's on the 2nd or 3rd page. Is it still not returned when you request by the individual ID?
