Hi everyone
One user asked me to forwarding his emails.
I created a contact item with the second email address.
I configured the mail flow in ecp with this contact..after this configuration the user told me that people who try to send him email got a messege "A problem occurred during the delivery of this message".
But the user got the emails.
How can I fix the problem?

Can you post what the rule looks like?
Also, check message tracking. -

The message "A problem occurred during the delivery of this message" seems to be a NDR message.
If possible, please post the detailed information of the mail flow rule and the NDR message.
