Metalogix Content Matrix not migrating lookup column values

Hi,
Problem: I am trying to copy SharePoint list items from Sharepoint 2013 to Sharepoint online Team site everything works fine except lookup column, There are various lookup columns Self Lookup as well as lookup to other lists but none of the lookup columns data is copying.
I am using Metalogix Content Matrix 9.3.0.1 Trial version.
