Multiple partitions; is there a way to shrink and merge without losing anything

I have multiple partitions on my C: drive, including a few recovery drive partitions. The right-click that allows for merging, deleting etc has the options grayed/untouchable. I have been trying to clear up and merge space, remove duplicates etc.

    Hi ZivaWernick

"shrink and merge without losing anything" - cannot be guaranteed. things can go wrong, full image backups are essential before attempting any changes to the partitions. (use a third party solution for image backups)

The windows disk management is very limited and will only allow to extend partitions into unallocated space to the right. To move and extend partitions you will need a third party solution such as AOMEI partition assistant

    https://www.diskpart.com/

    (other solutions are available)

the first two partitions are required (the 499MB recovery and the 100MB EFI)

what is it you want to do?

do you want to take space from C: to give to D:?
