I would suggest you refer to the below options and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
Option 1. Run video play troubleshooter
- Right-click the Start Menu and select Settings.
- Navigate to Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
- On the right pane, click "Additional troubleshooters.
- Click Video Playback and click Run the troubleshooter.
Option 2. Turn on Accelerated Graphics.
- Press Win key + R to open Run.
- Type the following and press enter.
inetcpl.cpl
- Go to the Advanced tab.
- Put a check on "Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering*" checkbox.
- Click Apply and OK.
Option 3. Perform an update.
