Why am i seeing a black screen whenever i play a video ?

So After recent updates of windows 2004 there's a new bug of video playing with a blank screen on it , basically we cant see the video   that we're playing it's all blank it with a black screen but we can hear the audio and see the captions, the drivers and everything is upto date. I did run troubleshooting of media player & so many things it's probably the update please fix it.

    I would suggest you refer to the below options and check if it helps to resolve the issue.

    Option 1. Run video play troubleshooter

    1. Right-click the Start Menu and select Settings.
    2. Navigate to Update & Security > Troubleshoot.
    3. On the right pane, click "Additional troubleshooters.
    4. Click Video Playback and click Run the troubleshooter.

    Option 2. Turn on Accelerated Graphics.

    1. Press Win key + R to open Run.
    2. Type the following and press enter.

    inetcpl.cpl

    1. Go to the Advanced tab.
    2. Put a check on "Use software rendering instead of GPU rendering*" checkbox.
    3. Click Apply and OK.

    Option 3. Perform an update.
