Hi and thanks for reaching out. My name is William. I'm a Windows technical expert. I'll be happy to help you out today.

Technically, a system folder is a folder that resides outside of the user profile, e.g. C:\Windows... Folders like Documents, Downloads, Pictures, etc are unique to each user account. To create a new folder in the latter, open file explorer > navigate to C:\Users\YourUsername and create a folder anywhere in the tree by right-clicking in a blank space > selecting New > Folder.

if you want to create nested folder (or subfolder), then navigate into the respective folder(s) and perform the same action above.

If you need something with more detailed steps. see: https://www.webucator.com/how-to/how-create-new...

Open the folder where you already have your Documents, Music, Pictures, etc.

That folder should be:  C:\Users\your user account name

Right-click on a blank space inside that folder and select New > Folder.

Are you wanting additional folders under This PC? How many? Have you already re-purposed 3D Objects?

Thanks for the advice. I created a new folder under Users like you suggested.

However...System Folder are extremely perplexing !

I did what you said and created a folder named Robert's Folder under C:\Users\mc85r

But there are 2 interesting observations:

1]. When I'm in C:\Users\mc85r it does NOT show the Pictures folder (which I do see under This PC which shows Pictures as a System Folders).

2]. When I go back to normal Win10 under This PC I see the Pictures Folder but do not see the newly created Robert's Folder; so don't know how to save documents there.

    No.

I wanted to create a new System Folder that would show up visually like Documents, Pictures, Music, etc...
