    Hi Ely

I am Dave, an Independent Advisor, I will help you with this . . .

Are you currently running on the Microsoft Basic Display Adapter?

Where did you download that Driver you are currently trying to install, is that from the support page for your PC on the manufacturers website or form the video card manufacturers website?

    1

Open Device Manager, then expand the Processors section, what is the exact Model No. of processor on your PC?

    2

What is the Make and exact Model No. of your PC - that will be printed on a sticker on the bottom casing of your PC?

    Hi Ely

That processor had Intel UHD 630 graphics, is this the driver you tried to install:

    https://downloadcenter.intel.com/download/29855...

If that driver will not install try using the Intel Driver and Support Assistant to see if that can find a suitable driver for your Intel Graphics:
