office 365 API Endpoint connectivity issue
We are getting alerts in SCOM related to Connection state for Office 365.
Below is the Alert Description:-
Authorization message:
Endpoints message: Connection to EndPoint Service failed
We have checked with the below three causes as mentioned in the Alert:-
Issues with global connection to Office 365 API EndPoint
• Credentials for Office 365 Subscription's account are not correct
• Office 365 Subscription's account is not allowed to get data from Office 365 EndPoint API
All is in place. Later we referred Below URL to check the issue:-
Further we did nslookup from the Management server and getting below result:-
