Hey @user ,
Did you try to copy and paste the name? I suspect where as example could be some letters written in Russian (example A in Azure).
One more option, please try to delete in an incognito mode or try to rename the subscription and test with the other name as soon as it will update.

Возможные варианты ошибки, как пример, вы использовали A в слове Azure русскую, а сейчас печаете на английском. Попробуйсте скопировать название. Так же попробуйте в инкогните или измените название подписки, дождитесь как оно обновится и попробуйте еще раз.

Do you mean delete the subscription? Please, check that answer.

Basically, below:

Delete free trial subscription:

If you have a free trial subscription, you don't have to wait 30 days for the subscription to automatically delete. You can delete your subscription three days after you cancel it. The Delete subscription option isn't available until three days after you cancel your subscription.

Wait three days after the date you cancelled the subscription

Select your subscription on the Subscriptions page in the Azure portal

Select the subscription you want to delete

Select Overview, and then select Delete Subscription

I don't mean to delete my trial subscription. I have already paid for one subscription, then had canceled it, and currently trying to delete it. @olgaoos

Okay!

If it's not the free trial subscription, after your subscription is cancelled, Microsoft waits 30-90 days before permanently deleting your data in case you need to access it or you change your mind. Waiting time depends on your offer type.

I think it will be better if you double check your question regarding the bank details with the billing team. Billing tickets are free for all Azure User.

Hey @Anonymous ,
Seems customer is doing exact steps as he needs. The problem it doesn't work and they get GUI pop up message saying please enter the subscription name.
I could read in Russian and from what I see they entered it correctly.
