How to contact an actual person at microsoft support?

My childs (age 12) ms/xbox account has been compromised and I'm trying to recover it, but the recovery method claims I have not provided enough info. the account is a child account on the family account, I was using my (the parent) account email as recovery, the account is linked to me. But the email has been changed to a rambler.ru email and I don't know what else has been changed, which makes the recovery process problematic. and now I'm just going round the contact and support pages in circles trying to find a way of submitting a support ticket or any way to talk to a actual person. anyone got a link that isn't the contact us page, which doesn't seem to have a actual method of contacting them?
