I hope you're doing well. Thanks for the question. If I understand correctly you're developing a UWP application and want to play DVD from a disk in the disk tray. While this isn't supported directly out of the box by Microsoft APIs, you may find 3rd party libraries. Microsoft employees can't support or suggest 3rd party libraries in any official capacity, but I do want to make sure we understand the question and leave it open to the broader community to answer.
