If your free account is already with the Mircosoft Azure portal- and the free subscription ends ---> then Azure will accept your other debit card and display the message "you are not eligible for a free account."
To display this message Azure will accept your Kotak bank debit card also, but if you try to open a new free account with SBI, AXIS, HSBC, HDFC. it will show that entered details do not match with the cardholder details.
