    Hi V.JAYASURYA,

Got it, thanks. On the Windows Recovery screen, go to Troubleshoot > Advanced options > System Restore. Once that's done, check if you're able to get into Safe Mode with Networking. Use your Microsoft email address & password or local account password. PIN or other Windows Hello won't work in Safe Mode, by design. If not, try to reboot to Normal mode & see you're able to get in.

If that won't work, go back to Windows Recovery screen, go to Troubleshoot > Reset This PC > select Keep Files/Apps. Once done, check if you're able to get back in.

I hope this helps. Let me know how you go. Thank you!

    Sincerely,

    Paul A.

    Hi V.JAYASURYA,

I'm Paul, a fellow customer like you & an Independent Advisor. I'm sorry to hear that. Kindly ensure you choose Safe Mode with Networking & try to use your Microsoft account credentials to log in there.

From there, try run a full virus scan via Windows Security.

And, download this tool below to do a full malware scan/removal.

    https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/securi...

Once done, let's try to restore any corrupt system files. Press the CTRL+SHIFT+ESC keys together >click File menu > click "Run new task" > type cmd & tick the checkbox "Create this task with administrative privileges" > click OK > copy/paste below command one line at a time. Once, done reboot your PC to Normal Mode.

    SFC /scannow

    DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Scanhealth

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

I hope this helps. Let me know how you go. Thank you!

    Sincerely,

    Paul A.
