I get the following error upon boot up in Event Viewer: Event 7001, Service Control Manager

The NcaSvc service depends on the iphlpsvc service which failed to start because of the following error:

The service cannot be started, either because it is disabled or because it has no enabled devices associated with it.

This is correct. Please continue to look for errors again. By the way, if your computer is running okay there is no need to pay attention to the Event logs.

IP Helper was set to DISABLED.  I set it to AUTOMATICand then started the service.

Network Connectivity Assistant is set to MANUAL (Trigger Start) and Service Statusis set to **Stopped.**When I click on START I get the following message:

The Network Connectivity Assistant service on Local Computer started and then stopped.  Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs.

    Is this correct?
