Let me ask you, have you tried to manually update it? In case you haven't, you should give it a try:
- Download the Media Creator Tool here https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software-downlo...
- Open the MediaCreationTool2004 tool and Accept the License terms.
- Select Upgrade this PC now and make sure to select Keep personal files and apps.
- It might take some time to install Windows 10.
- Your computer will restart a few times, Make sure you don’t turn off your PC.
