Team Templates option does not appear In Teams Admin Center

Hi!
We have several tenants with both buisness lisences and EDU lisences.
Because they have both lisences the templates are missing in the Teams Admin Center..
I see that Microsoft states "Not yet supported for EDU customers" get-started-with-teams-templates-in-the-admin-console

Does anyone know a roadmap or timeline for when it will be supported?

Currently, it has no template for EDU in roadmap.

You could pay attention to this link: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/roadmap?filters=&searchterms=teams%2Ctemplate.

Meanwhile, I have created a uservoice about this feature. You could vote for it here.

Thank you, I have been looking at the roadmap, but was hoping I had overlooked something.
This is a problem, especially when there are both buisness and EDU licenses on the same tenant.
I know there are a lot of municipalities, and others who have combined the license types on the same tenant

I have checked and the Global Admin has an Office 365 license. (Office 365 E3)

Users have Office E1, E3 and F3 license, and Office 365 A1 og A3 (Faculty and Student) lisences.
No user has both eg. E3 and A3 lisence at the same time.. but all users recide on the same tenant.

When I check a tenant with no EDU lisences the option with the templates is present.

But on all our tenants that have both buisness and EDU lisences present, the option is gone.

According to your description, this problem is related to subscription. When your tenant has both licenses, EDU license is prior.
It recommends you open a service request to get a certain reply. Thanks for your understanding.
