So the BSODs started a few weeks ago. I can't seem to find any good information on how to fix them. I stopped getting them recently when used the Startup Repair, but now I keep getting System Interrupts using 100% CPU usage. I'm pretty sure I have a hardware problem, but I have no idea how to find out what the problem is. I'm considering doing a full re-install of Windows but I'm not sure that would help either. If I can't figure it out, I'm going to just buy new parts because I can't stand this any more. It's been 3 or 4 weeks now troubleshooting this PC. Can anyone please help me?

Okay it says the following:
One or more DPC routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. Also one or more ISR routines that belong to a driver running in your system appear to be executing for too long. At least one detected problem appears to be network related. In case you are using a WLAN adapter, try disabling it to get better results. One problem may be related to power management, disable CPU throttling settings in Control Panel and BIOS setup. Check BIOS for updates.
So I'm not using a WLAN adapter. I don't know how to disable CPU throttling in BIOS. I don't have my manual for my Mother Board either since I bought it second hand. How do I check for BIOS updates?
