Missing old QnA Pairs from our Knowledge Base

Our team recently noticed that a few of our qna pairs have gone missing. No one has intentionally deleted these pairs and the pairs that we did find deleted were added to our Knowledge Base a long time ago/very early in our work.
Today, we're keeping close track of the qna pair total to make sure we haven't lost any more.
We're wondering if other teams have experienced the same issue and if someone on the Microsoft QnA Maker team can do some investigating on our behalf.
