Try to go to Settings > Display > Connect to a Wireless Display
This should open your Connect option.
It is showed as:
It can not find other devices and other devices can not project itself to this PC.

I can't find wireless diaplay feature in setting.
I can't use projecting to this PC. How to solve this problem.

Before using connect app, I should install wireless display feature. But I can't find wireless display feature in setting. So I can't sovle the problem following the link.
