Unable to access certtificate

Hi,

I recently did the AI-900 Fundamentals course and I am unable to access my certificate. Every time I click on "View Certificates", it leads me to a blank page with no information. I have tried accessing the site using Incognito however, nothing is working. Please help me out! Thanks

    Microsoft Certification Program is not supported here on QnA. I'd try asking for help in forums I linked above. (Participate\Ask A Question)

    Microsoft Certification Program is supported on their own forums. I'd logon here with same credentials used for testing
    your Microsoft Certification dashboard
