Windows random crash while idle

After I leave the pc in idle, it randomly crashes after a few mins the display turns off (10 mins). It doesnt happen every time. I tried clean boot, disabling c states and changing power supply idle control to typical in bios, everything is at stock. Updated Windows and drivers (gpu and chipset specially). Already tried disabling ram xmp profile, PBO and Core boost performance. Ran memtest86 and got 0 errors. I tried disabling the "turn off display after x mins" and got no crashes in 4 attempts leaving the pc idle for 15-20 mins) but Im not sure if thats the problem. Got no high temps.

Already tried these commands:

-sfc /scannow

-DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

The pc restarts only at idle, I can do any other thing like gaming or stress testing and nothing happens.

My pc specs:

-CPU: Ryzen 5 5600x @ Stock

-Motherboard: B550M Aorus Pro - Both F13 and F14c bios version tested.

-RAM: Corsair Vengeance LPX 16GB (2x8GB) DDR4 DRAM 3000MHz C15 (CMK16GX4M2B3000C15) - 2133Mhz and XMP Profile tested

-PSU: EVGA 650 GQ - 650W Gold

-GPU: RX 6600XT MSI Gaming X @ Stock

-OS: Windows 10 Pro 21H1 120.2212.3530.0

There are no dump files so here are some Event Viewer logs from the moment the pc restarted for last time: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1E3CROCIt4LkCnnZCa7kBVUh4C0M3BWrR/view?usp=sharing

Look for BIOS updates on the manufacturer's website.

When you say (I have the ''turn off screen'' after 10 minutes option turned on, and it restarts a few minutes after turning off.)

You mean the PC restarts there instead of just turning off the screen or hibernating?

    Yours sincerely,

The pc restarted again a few minutes ago. Im using a high performance plan. I have the ''turn display off'' after 10 mins option activated, and it restarted a few mins after it turned off.

C states and power supply idle control are set to auto in bios.

Again, no dump files. Here are the logs from Event Viewer from the exact time it restarted:

-Hi, my name is Claudeir, I'm happy to help you!

Windows+i> system> power and sleep> additional power settings> create a power plan> create a new plan with High performance. Restart the PC and test.
