Hello, could I know where the Internet Files and system cache are stored in Windows 10?

    The internet files are located at <Windows Directory>\Users&lt;yourusername>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\IE.

    The system cache is at 3 locations.

    1. %temp%
    2. temp
    3. prefetch

    Type these into the Run dialogue box (press Win key + R) one at a time and you'll see them.

    The location for Cache for Microsoft Edge:

    C:\Users\xxxx\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Edge\User Data\Default\Cache

    xxxx = your username
