[SOLVED]How fix error code 0x000007b

Question

Hello everyone!

It hasn't been long since i reinstalled my windows, but i am having some really big issues.

application error:

"The application was unable to start correctly" with error code of (0x000007b).

I know that it shows me that error, beacause there is something not installed or corrupted, and tried to fix issue with installing c++ redists, updating .net framework, reinstalling directx, but none of them worked.

When i tryed to delete .dll files myself to make it easyer to program to install that dll file, it was secured with trustedinstaller and i couldn't delete it. So if anyone will help me to delete that .dll files that will be best thing for me, beacause i don't want to reinstall my windows again.

I Fixed it.

Here is what i did:

I deleted vcruntime_140.dll and vcruntime_140_1.dll files

then i reinstalled that dll files by reinstalling vcruntime 2017 and 2019 versions.

no need for restart, program just started to run perfectly.

Don't delete anything, as all you will do is completely trash win.

In the first instance run the sfc/dism process
