the user profile service failed the sign-in and user profile cannot be loaded

I am few days back i switched my window 7 to window 10 and deleted all data of window.old from c drive or some unknown file also. And restart my computer, after restart i am not able to login into admin account desktop showed me the user profile service failed the sign-in and user profile cannot be loaded i am unable to login error.

And i am trying to fix it by using his youtube video (https://youtu.be/xXRrF8EARPM)

Method i tired to fix the user profile service failed the sign-in and user profile cannot be loaded.

Sift+restart>troubleshooter>advanced option >startup option>restart>F5>login to account>window+R>command promote>

command i use in method

net user /add "username""password"

without commas

net localgroup administrators "username" /add

without commas

Exit without commas

Open start button> lock and my computer starting restart but noting happened, i am still facing error

the user profile service failed the sign-in and user profile cannot be loaded

And i tried so many times to fix it but nothing happened

And i decided to see another vedio (https://youtu.be/WcGrEcn-tV4) and that time i used command promote and may be i fail to performed this method.

And know i lost some advanced option.

I am so worried and i dont know what to do my family does not know about it.

Please suggeste me simple way to solve it.

I am Sorry,

As you know i am not able to login in my computer because when i am trying to login its show me screen

After seeing so many videos to fix it after tried so many times to fix it but , now advanced option show only startup option

i think i should boot my window

But i dont know is my computer having mbr or gpt partition and i am not able to login will you help me to ? How do i get know whats is computer partition(mbr or gbr) if you have any suggestion for me please let me know.
