What does this mean and how do you fix it (specifically on your own)

    That error indicates your system has run out of memory (RAM), if you open Task Manager (Ctrl + Shift +Esc) when that error pops up, is all your RAM (memory) used up?

    Thats the thing ...

    My RAM is not used up.

    It only happens when you try to open File Explorer...
    Then when you click ok,

    All the shortcuts in task bar glitch up and disappear temporarily.

    I've tried killing and restarting the program. that didn't help.


    I'm running 12GB DDR4 + SSD Paging

    on --> Windows 10 Pro 21H2
    Intel® Core™ i7-8550U

    Could the Graphics / GPU be interfering?

    Intel® UHD Graphics 620 (6.0 GB)

    30.0.101.1191 - 12/3/2021

    NVIDIA GeForce 940MX (10.0 GB)

    30.0.15.1165 - 1/28/2022

    I do not think it is a graphics card issue, just my opinion.

    Do you use Quick Access a lot in File Explorer?

    I have the same issue here using Windows10.

    So i try upgrade to 11, but problem still exist.

    crash report says ntdll.dll is the cause. (failed module)
