Change of legal name learning account

Please can you help, on my learning portal my legal name is incorrect.

I use my maiden name for work, I need it changed to my married name.
It is proving challenging as I am unable to sit my M365 Fundamentals – as they will not take my marriage certificate as proof. So was unable to take the exam today (even though I used my marriage certificate for my Azure fundamentals previously).
It is hard coded on the system, so I am unable to edit it.
Please urgently look into this as I want to sit my exam.
