I understands the importance of resolving this issue, Don’t worry I will be helping you with this following steps.
1. Run the Audio Troubleshooter
- Open Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other Troubleshooters.
- Click Run next to Audio and follow the on-screen instructions.
2. Check Device Manager
- Press Win + X and select Device Manager.
- Expand Sound, video, and game controllers.
- If your audio device is missing or has a yellow warning icon, right-click and select Update driver.
3. Enable Audio Services
- Press Win + R, type
services.msc, and hit Enter. - Find Windows Audio and Windows Audio Endpoint Builder.
- Right-click each and select Restart.
4. Install Manufacturer-Specific Drivers
- If updating drivers doesn’t work, visit your PC manufacturer’s website and download the latest audio drivers.
5. Check BIOS Settings
- Restart your PC and enter BIOS (usually by pressing F2, F10, or Del).
- Look for Integrated Audio settings and ensure they are enabled.
