KB5055523 and .NET Framework failed to install, then suddenly disappeared when I retry

Something's wrong with Windows 11 Updates for KB5055523 and .NET Framework. I tried installing the updates and waited until they finished installing. After I restarted the computer, I got to Windows Update again, but I got a message that these updates failed to install. When I retried, the updates suddenly disappeared from Update History! That's very strange! Why did the updates get pulled from Windows Update without a trace? 😟

Got this 0x8007000d when installing the repair version - installation failed and rolled back to previous state. SFC saying same thing as well as DISM. I've also tried to fix the situation by running the setup from an ISO created with the media creation tool but same thing.

The setup logs may be needed to analyze the issue. If possible, please create a new thread and post the link to that thread here.
