    Hi Ankit,

Thank you for reaching out. I am Udit an independent advisor, and I am glad to assist you today with this issue. Since your OnePlus wireless Bluetooth was working earlier and has recently stopped connecting, let's go through some step-by-step checks to help you reconnect it to your laptop.

    1. First, ensure that Bluetooth is turned on both on your laptop and on the OnePlus device. Sometimes it may get turned off without notice.
    2. On your laptop, go to the Bluetooth settings and remove or forget the OnePlus device if it's listed there. Then restart both your laptop and the Bluetooth earphones.
    3. Once both devices have restarted, put your OnePlus Bluetooth earphones into pairing mode. You can usually do this by pressing and holding the power or pairing button until the indicator blinks.
    4. On your laptop, go to Settings > Devices > Bluetooth & other devices, and click on “Add Bluetooth or other device.” Select Bluetooth, and then look for your OnePlus device in the list. Choose it when it appears.
    5. If it doesn’t show up, try pairing with another device like a phone, just to confirm that the earphones themselves are functioning properly.
    6. Also, check if your laptop’s Bluetooth driver needs an update. You can do this by opening Device Manager, locating the Bluetooth section, right-clicking the Bluetooth adapter, and selecting “Update driver.”
    7. If updating doesn’t help, you may try uninstalling the Bluetooth adapter from Device Manager and then restarting your laptop. Windows should reinstall the necessary drivers automatically.

If the issue still persists after trying these steps, please let me know.

    Warm regards,

    Udit
