    Hello Jack,

Welcome to the Microsoft Community Forum. Please accept our warmest regards and sincerest hope that all is well despite the situation you find yourself in.

To remove ad blockers, the steps depend on the browser and the type of ad blocker installed. Here’s a general guide for popular browsers:

    For Browser Extensions

    • Google Chrome/Edge/Firefox:
      1. Open your browser.
      2. Click on the three dots (menu icon) or hamburger menu (≡) in the upper-right corner.
      3. Navigate to Extensions or Add-ons (under "More tools").
      4. Locate the ad blocker in the list.
      5. Click Remove or Disable next to it.
    • Safari:
      1. Open Safari.
      2. Go to Safari > Preferences > Extensions.
      3. Find the ad blocker in the list.
      4. Uncheck the box to disable or select it and click Uninstall.

    For Built-in Ad Blocking Features

    • Browsers like Brave or Opera have built-in ad blockers. To disable:
      1. Open Settings.
      2. Navigate to Privacy and Security or Shield Settings.
      3. Turn off the ad blocker toggle.

    On Mobile Devices

    • iOS Safari:
      1. Go to Settings > Safari > Content Blockers.
      2. Toggle off the ad blocker.
    • Android Browsers (e.g., Chrome):
      1. Disable ad blocker settings under Site Settings or uninstall any relevant app.

Please update me here if it fixes the problem or not.

    Best Regards,

    Clifford B.
