Hi Gordon,
Thanks again for updating the link! I really appreciate it. Unfortunately, I still can’t access the file on my end due to platform restrictions it’s not a permissions issue anymore, but rather a limitation with accessing external links like Google Drive.
That said, I can absolutely help with general troubleshooting steps based on your BSOD error and the GPU issues you described. The ATTEMPTED_WRITE_TO_READONLY_MEMORY error is usually tied to faulty or unstable drivers, and since you’ve had repeated GPU crashes, here’s what I recommend:
GPU Driver Cleanup & Reinstall
1.Boot into Safe Mode
2.Use Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU) to fully remove your GPU drivers:
3.Reboot and install the latest stable driver directly from NVIDIA or AMD (avoid beta versions)
System File Check
Run these in Command Prompt (Admin):
sfc /scannow
Then:
DISM /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth
These fix corrupted system files that may contribute to BSODs.
Other Things to Check
-Temperature & power: sudden shutdowns can be caused by overheating or a weak PSU
-Make sure your system is dust-free, properly ventilated, and all cables are secure
-BIOS/Chipset updates may also help with system stability
Let me know how these go, or if you’d prefer to keep troubleshooting from another angle. You’re not alone we’ll get it figured out.
Warm regards,
Cherrelyn
