    That error popup is usually caused by the Adobe software you have installed on your PC, if vulcanadapter.cc is mentioned in the popup error, then it is the Adobe software.

    Completely uninstall all Adobe software installed on your PC, restart your PC, then donwload and re-install the latest version of the Adobe software.

    If vulcanadapter.cc is not listed on the popup error, please provide a screenshot of that popup error you are seeing, so I may provide you with a solution

    Thank you for the screenshot, that popup error is generated by the Adobe Cloud software you have installed on your PC, completely uninstall all Adobe software, restart your PC and that popup error should be gone, then download and install the latest available version of the software form the Adobe website.
