How do i fix the "Error Encountered" issue in Windows 11 24H2

I downloaded the windows 11 24h2 update last december of 2024 and have noticed that i cannot get updates or check updates for my pc, there is no error code at all given. i have searched everywhere and have tried every fix possible, is there still no fix for this and are there any recent updates regarding this? thanks

    Nothing or no one has helped me. I have not been able to down load windows update since 8/2023. Very frustrated.

    i have downloaded the file and run it but i still have the "error encountered" message

    i have tried...

    1. the sfc /scannow fix
    2. the DISM /online /cleanup... etc. fix
    3. the services.msc fix

    Yes, there are KB updates after the December update. Let's check some information.

    1. Go to Settings > System > Windows Update, take a screenshot, and send it here.
    2. In the search bar, type Winver and hit Enter.
