Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    Open File Explorer.

On the top menu, go to View - Show and enable 'Hidden Files' temporarily.

    Then navigate to this folder:

    C:\Users\Lenovo\AppData\Local\Programs\Highlight

Please provide a screenshot of the contents of that folder.

    Thank you for the screenshot.

You seem to have some app named Highlight installed on your PC, open the Settings App, then go to Apps - Installed apps, and from the list, uninstall that Highlight app, restart your PC and check if that stops the popup error.

Then if you need that Highlight app, download and install the latest available version of that app.

I opened the Settings app and checked but the app named Highlight is not installed in the list, what should I do now?

Click the link below to download a small free utility that does not require installation.

    https://download.sysinternals.com/files/Autorun...

When the file downloads, unzip it.

    Run Autoruns64 as Administrator

In the filter box at the top of Autoruns, type this: highlight

Please provide a screenshot of the resulting Autoruns window.
