    Thank you for the screenshots.

On your device you only have integrated Intel graphics on your Intel processor, that has no dedicated VRAM, it just uses shared system RAM, the minimum system specifications for Marvel Rivals is a dedicated graphics card with a minimum of 3GB of VRAM, so you will not be able to play that game on your hardware.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

Click your Start Button, then just type dxdiag and press Enter.

Select the Display tab on the resulting DirectX utility.

Please provide a screenshot of that Display tab.

    2

Right click your Start Button and open Device Manager.

Expand the Display Adapters section, please provide a screenshot of that window.

Can you explain what we should see in that screenshot to be able to tell if it has a dedicated graphics card? Would there be another line called VRAM? I am having the same issue and would like to understand how to read this screenshot.
