Hello,

Last night updated my Windows 11 to 24H2 - 26100.2454. Since then everytime when I turn off my pc or do a reboot in Event Viewer I got this error:

OneCore-DeviceAssociationService ID 3503

The Device Association Service dedected an error discovering endpoints.

Event Data

AbortingProtocolProvider Internal DAS error

ClientProcessName c:/Windows/System32/svchost.exe

ClientPid 9664

InternalError 3

Never had this error before. I've seen few other reports from people that they got that too. Wondering is this something serious? Should I worry? Does Microsoft know about it? Is this going to be fixed?

No, because the debugger didn't pointed out on which device either Bluetooth device or device driver didn't respond on time when computer booted up.
This debugging feature is Microsoft fault.
Number of faults is number of devices or drivers which needs to be updated or reinstalled, BUT you never know which of theam causing this. Above all this is not a new error, this isn't fixed for years. Sleepe Microsoft.

It is often connected (error) to Bluetooth associated device or USB dongle/wifi/printer (USB/network) / internal device.

Откройте powershell. Выполните Get-PnpDevice -PresentOnly | Sort-Object Status. Изучите все drivers отличительные от статуса "ОК"

    Translation:

Open powershell. Run Get-PnpDevice -PresentOnly | Sort-Object Status

Examine all drivers that are different from the "OK" status.

Just piling on. The error still occurring with shutdown on Microsoft Windows 11 Pro [Version 10.0.26100.3781]. It is annoying because its being reported as a Critical error. This is after a clean install and I don't have HyperV or sandbox enabled:

It's very funny that the error occurs after a clean install.

Disabling Device Association Service is not a real solution, because I cannot print anything.

Microsoft should look into this problem, not wasting its time on something else, such as Efficieny mode.
