After Windows 11 24h2 Update system is abnormally heating than usual and consuming more CPU usage

After Updated my Asus Tuf f15 to Windows 11 24h2, system holding CPU temperature at 59 to 65 or 70 degrees Celsius. And checking at task manager, every time the "system" process consumes 10 or 12 percent

How can I fix and its irritating after some time when the keyboard area gets heated after some time.

Same issue here with DELL Micro 7020 Plus, i7 14700. I do not game or use any processor intensive software. Just the boring office type work. Consequently, I disabled Turbo Boost long ago to reduce the fan noise and heat from these Micro computers which are known to be quite loud and hot running. Also, changed power management from 100% max to 98%. This has resulted in low average temps of 40c and package power of about 8 watts. Cool and quiet. That is, until I upgraded (hate using that term since it always results in downgrades) to 24H2 from 23H2. All hell broke loose with temps doubling and max fan! Heat and a racket! I went back to 23H2 in a hurry. I am now fighting with DELL over the issue as if I am the only person on Earth with the problem. As a manufacturers rep in the electronics biz for over 30 years I learned right quick never to tell anyone they are the only one with the problem. It's always BS. To their credit, Dell has offered to send me new motherboards, fans and whatnot as warranty. There is NO WAY that will remedy the issue and I don't need the aggravation. Nice of them to offer but, really? As I told them, a simple online search will demonstrate the existence of the problem with all computer manufacturers at this point. It really is unbelievable that Microsoft is so callous about putting people out and being guilty of theft of their time. I have quite a bit of IT background so I don't get rattled by this anymore but I have always wondered how technology impaired people even own computers. I have two other DELL Micro 7000 computers with i7 9700 cpus which took 24H2 with no problems. It seems these later generation Intel cpus are a problem with this new version.

My POC heated up probably due to processing that happens that I cannot see in the monitor (EXEs does nit reflect), and hence the fans running. So my problem is not the fans running, but the heating due to unnecessary processing.

You can adjust fan speed in Myasus(you can see my screenshot.) Additionally, you can also check if you overclock.

then click open(sry my language is Chinese.)

to the second one(CPU Ultlization)

click"風扇模式"(fan method(I don't know...)

Then you can choose whisper mode, standard mode and performance mode. If you have full sped mode(the uppest one.), this means that fan is running in a full speed. I think you can press Fn+F to control fan speed faster.

I think this is the easiest solution, Leonardo the student in Taiwan =)
