Getting Visual studio error "You are not able to update your license key in the application”

I have suddenly started facing issue with my Visual studio. My VS has started complaining for “You are not able to update your license key in the application”.
- I am able to login to website using SSO- website https://my.visualstudio.com/
- It shows me active subscription
I am attaching screen shot of the error.

Start Visual Studio to fix this issue? If you can start VS, have you tried click Help > Check for Updates? Did this issue occur when you tried to open VS 2019?
