how do i install VS 2019 template pane, for Visual C#, and Office/SharePoint?

Following this walkthrough: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/visualstudio/vsto/walkthrough-calling-code-from-vba-in-a-visual-csharp-project?view=vs-2019

I cant find the template for VS 2019 mentioned in the walkthrough, "3. In the templates pane, expand Visual C#, and then expand Office/SharePoint." at this point I think I've loaded every template available in VS Installer. Is it a thing or am I just missing something?

Actually, per this document: Walkthrough: Calling Code from VBA in a Visual C# Project – Prerequisites

An edition of Visual Studio that includes the Microsoft Office developer tools. For more information, see Configure a computer to develop Office solutions.

You need to install(include) the Microsoft Office developer tools, which just like what you found, the Office Developer Tools for Visual Studio in VS Installer > Individual components.
