Why did Word Pad get removed after I updated my computer? How do I get Word Pad back on my laptop?

Word is priced at an absolute insane rate and Notepad is a broken mess of a joke now that can't even edit a simple document properly.

How can we reinstall the usable Wordpad to create basic documents again?

yes i mean finally someone understands. I'm not spending £80 a y/r on microsoft 365 and notepad is a shambolic mess that you can't do anything apart from type on there. Wordpad was just simple, free and easy now what on earth am I going to do.

I've used Wordpad every single day for the past 5 years. Taking it away is ****. I want it back RIGHT NOW!

Why? Unlike Word, it's fast, it's simple, it doesn't try to pollute what I'm doing.

Last month you forced me to start using the Google Calendar because the new Microsoft one doesn't do the things the old one did. Now you take away Wordpad. Are you TRYING to drive people away?

Thankyou finally someone else understands that wordpad was just easy no faffing and just reliable unlike word.

You see I didn't buy Microsoft 365 because £80 a year is just ridiculous for when I'm already paying over 500 for a laptop.
