I bought a Huawei Matebook 14 2024 ultra 7 3 months ago, I think ally eh specs meet the criteria of the copilot+ pc, so should it be equipped with features of copilot+ pc or not?

Copilot+ PC requires a Neural Processing Unit (NPU) with 40+ TOPS,.
Your device processor Intel Core Ultra 7 155H does not meet this requirement, even with an NPU.
Only the Lunar Lake (Intel Core Ultra processors Series 2) processors meet the requirements for Copilot+ PC.
